Tracy Andrews is a graduate of Chipola College with an Associate of Arts degree and Florida A & M University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Tracy has worked for Florida Power & Light Company for 30 years of outstanding service in various departments and presently is the External Affairs Manager. In her current leadership position, her duties for Washington, Holmes, Calhoun, Jackson and Gadsden counties encompass growing, serving and supporting the community. She is also responsible for coordinating external outreach for solar energy centers. Tracy actively serves in several business and community organizations within the region. . Also, she serves as the Mayor for the City of Chipley for the 3rd term.

As a hometown girl, I am passionate about the growth and development of our community. I have worked in Real Estate for over twenty years and I am glad that I have the opportunity to “sell” my customers the lifestyle of our area. I serve on several committees within the real estate industry at the state, local, and national level. I am also an active member of my church and serve on its board.

David Corbin is a resident, volunteer and business owner in Chipley, Florida. Proud owner of Chipley Gun & Pawn that has been in business for 41 years. He loves his community following in the footsteps of his mother, Zenna Corbin, who was a longtime Chamber member serving on the Board for many years. David is an active member of his beloved community by serving many local organizations such as serving on the board for Career Source Chipola, 15 years serving on the board of the Kiwanis Club, and First Federal Bank Community Advisory Board. Furthermore, his involvement in the Republican Party of Florida includes serving as the State Committeeman representing Washington County.

Brandon Lovering is the Senior Vice President and Market President for One Florida Bank in Chipley. He is from Damascus, Ga. He has been in banking since 2006 and lived in Chipley since 2015. He is married to the former Ashley Roberts of Chipley. They have 3 children.
Brandon has been involved in community service since college. He has been a member of Rotary Clubs in Georgia and Dothan, Al., as well as Kiwanis in Dothan and Chipley. He is a former Kiwanian of the year in Chipley. Brandon has served on the executive board of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, recently completing his presidential term. He was also instrumental in bringing LEAD Washington County to the Chamber. He is the current chairman of the Economic Development Council. Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, Atlanta Braves baseball, and supporting Florida State University athletics.Amy Wiwi

Amy Wiwi has worked at Metric Engineering, Inc. for 22 years and currently serves as a Vice President and North Florida Planning Director. After finishing her graduate studies in engineering at the University of Florida, she made the decision to move back to this area to be close to her family. Within a short time after returning, she began volunteering in the community and has served many years on the Chipley Redevelopment Area Board, the Chamber of Commerce Board, and as a volunteer for the local United Way Chapter. Ms. Wiwi’s background in planning and engineering have proven to be beneficial as she has worked to assist the Chamber in future and regional planning challenges to ensure Washington County’s prosperity for future generations.

Nicole Barefield

Nicole Barefield has been in the news media business for almost 40 years, currently as the group publisher of Neves Media newspapers: the Washington County News, Holmes County Times-Advertiser, Port St. Joe Star and the Apalachicola Times. She is president of the Chipley Kiwanis Club and a board member of the United Way of Northwest Florida as well as the Florida Newspaper and Advertising Marketing Executives. In 2017 Barefield was inducted into the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame (Eastern Division). Barefield earned an associate’s degree in Journalism from Gulf Coast Community College followed by a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida State University. She obtained a master’s degree in business administration from FSU-Panama City.
Jennifer Jones

Jennifer Jones has served as an advocate, administrator, and programmer in the arts and culture industry for 20 years. As executive director of Bay Arts Alliance, she led the organization in the management and programming of a 2,500-seat performing arts center as well as a visual arts facility with multiple exhibit and educational spaces. With audiences reaching approximately 100,000 annually, she was instrumental in the coalescence of Bay County, Florida’s cultural constituency. She is a graduate of Florida State University’s School of Music and alumni of the Disney Institute and Universität Lüneburg, Goethe Institute Arts Management and Leadership Programs, and the very proud mother of Maggie Jones, theatre tech major and former Disney-cast member.
